When using the tray, ensure that it is securely locked into place before placing your baby on the scale. To weigh your child without the tray, remove it by turning the locking nut clockwise, and then hold your baby upright on the scale, with their feet evenly distributed.

For active babies who may have difficulty holding still, the "Hold" button is a valuable feature. It captures the average weight measurement during the time period, ensuring an accurate reading.
