Compared to Wi-Fi, the Zigbee gateway signal is more stable, with a faster response speed, ensuring safer and more reliable operation. Other sub-devices, such as door sensors, temperature, and humidity sensors, can be connected to the Zigbee network.

The water leak detector can be linked with other Tuya solution devices, including WiFi, Bluetooth (gateway required), and ZigBee devices. For instance, you can set a linking scene where the smart plug connected to the washing machine automatically switches off if a water leak is detected.

With an IP66 waterproof rating and a rust-resistant outer coating, this device is suitable for extended use in humid areas, such as near common household water sources like dishwashers, water heaters, or washing machines.
