The JNHCD brand smoke alarm sensor utilizes a photoelectric smoke alarm sensor known as an optical maze, which is a technologically advanced, stable, and reliable sensor. The JNHCD also employs an electrochemical carbon monoxide sensor, the most accurate CO sensor available. Compared to more commonly used techniques, electrochemical technology is highly accurate, requires less power, and has a longer lifespan.

If the JNHCD's sensor detects a high concentration of CO, the device will sound a clear, loud, 85-decibel alarm, giving you a chance to ventilate the area or safely evacuate. The battery-operated dual CO smoke alarm can be installed in minutes without the need for an electrician.

The unit requires 3 x 1.5V AA batteries and features a chirp and indicator light to inform you when they need replacing. The smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are suitable for installation in living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, basements, cars, or other places where people spend extended periods.

To install the alarm, turn the body counterclockwise and remove the bracket. Hold the bracket in the recommended installation position, mark the holes with a pencil, and drill the holes using a 3/16-inch (5mm) drill bit. Tap the plastic grommets into the holes with a hammer, mount the bracket to the ceiling, and then fix the alarm on the bracket, turning it clockwise until fully inserted.

The LCD display shows the gas concentration level, allowing you to monitor the CO and smoke levels at any time. When the detected gas exceeds the standard values, the 85-decibel siren is designed to wake even the soundest sleepers. A single button allows you to silence the alarms and test the device's functionality.
